Trying to transfer my wife’s phone to Mint. Was on chat for 11+ hours (I know I know) over three days and got absolutely nothing done. Bots were ludicrously unable to assist and no human could be bothered to assist. Not only did we not get my wife’s phone transferred I cancelled my Mint account out of frustration. I did not think it possible but Comcast now has competition for WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cheaper price just not worth it.
