Specifically put down for a baby seat…
Specifically put down for a baby seat and 2 bumper seats but only got one car seat on both journeys. Driver was not waiting on another floor at airport collection. My phone had not changed to roaming so was only able to see message after waiting for a few minutes and logging into airport wifi. Driver was 10 mins later than requested on collection from hotel.
