When checking in advised 1 guest had mobility cart asked about elevator. Told yes. There was a parking deck to PART OF THE HOTEL which you entered through a door that said "do not enter" (I had to call front desk and ask where elevators were) that was not our building. I went to front desk because stairs seemed to be only way up. She walked me to bottom of parking deck show me another door and said elevator is there. MIND my sister is still looking for parking spot. This morning packed to leave ELEVATOR OUT OF ORDER. We are all over 70 years old. Not to mention it was not clean how policeman
