Confusing at first but Ipvanish support step up and helped me out!
So I left a review that was somewhat unfair, I was having issues with there VPN. It was a little bit both party's fault, but I didn't know what was going on with some of the things that they were wanting me to try or how to go about it. So I left a not so polite review. But with there help I came to my senses, and must say that they delivered. So just to be honest, I still believe you should always research and ask questions before you get a VPN service. But as described in previous review, this is one of the better VPNs out there without a doubt. Ipvanish support reached out to me about all that was going on, I have to say that I still am impressed by this VPN, they have gone over everything and got it all to where I can understand what is going on. A few adjustments on my end and we'll be back to the good! Thank you IPVANISH support and everyone else that was involved with this problem that I was having. I was very confused about the whole thing. I am in debt to you all.
