Very supportive help easily available
Really great help available. I was confused and having a hard time because going back and forth on my phone alone can get frustrating trying to get to other screens. The agent Taylor was very responsive and helpful. She was also patient and encouraging walking me through different steps . It’s wonderful to have such a supportive site as the Internet can get quite confusing to me - I’m a baby boomer and I need help with tech issues . Many thanks !
