Lockerfox has been a better experience for me
Lockerfox is better. They deal with more reputable companies. The last unit I purchased off of Storage Treasures, one of the employees or someone from the storage company looted the locker prior to my arrival. I was still fairly new to the game and now I know better to immediately take pictures upon opening the unit and compare. I didnt know at the time. There were valuable items clearly missing and the only one who had access was the Manager. With Locker Fox most of the storage companies prevent their managers from accessing the unit after photos. There was a tag that I had to cut off. The Manager wasnt allowed to. Also, the facility prior to that the Manager stood and waited to make sure I was happy and everything looked right before she left. I have done no business with Storage Treasures since. I did call and speak to the Manager and the Regional Manager. RM was friendly and acknowledged my complaints. She seemed genuinely concerned. Again I should have rejected the unit immediately. I would warn anyone doing business with Storage Treasures and Shaumut Self Storage in Franklin to be weary.
