I haven't used them in a while because they used to offer free shipping and reasonably priced custom frames. Now they are 3x the price. Sad, because the quality of their frames/mats and their service was EXCELLENT. I am an artist and must frame for the sale of my work. They have priced me out of the market, but I give them 5 full stars for quality/service.
