Ordered an isofix dog car seat in June
Ordered an isofix dog car seat in June. Heard nothing at all re shipping, emailed numerous times to get an automated response and still nothing by the end of July. Thankfully I had ordered via PayPal so I escalated to a dispute and they refunded the money immediately. Do not buy from this company. Poor response, terrible customer service and the reviews I read after I purchased were awful. Should have looked first.
