This is my second RO machine from Waterdrop over the years. I like the quality and crispness of water and the performance of the machine. Recently, I had an issue with a G5P500 RO machine that purchased on Amazon last year. The team is super diligent to help me take the diagnostic step and when it did not work, they sent me a new equipment. The customer support team is very responsive and customer-first.
