Not happy with Tech stuff and customer help !
Hello , I’ve just signed up for Wix to create website and business email , but already having issues connecting my domain , that the team could not resolve , and when they said the higher tier Tech team would be in touch , I received an email with the an answer that didn’t satisfy me , where they proposed to just pay more to fix the issue ! Contacting wix via live chat had cause comms with AI agent to glitch a few times and it’s not sending me a confirmation code to get in touch with real human ! That’s just awful and thinking to not continue with them and get my refund.
