They GET YOU on the shipping costs
I purchased a Groupon for PrinterPix for a Magic Mug. When I applied my code, the mug was 100% paid for, which was correct. The surprise came when checking out. I expected to have to pay for shipping, but their shipping charge was $11.99! The website was challenging to use the site. They make it difficult to drag and drop your photos. You can only drag and drop one at a time and then it goes completely off the page. To get back to the page to drag and drop requires 3 different clicks, which is quite frustrating. As far as the quality of the mug, I'll have to update when it arrives.
