I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has really shaken my trust. I purchased extra data for $20, expecting it to be added to my plan, but when my monthly plan started, I lost the data. I called customer service, and they couldn’t help me at all. I expected better support. After all these years, now I’m considering leaving because they didn’t even try to help.
