It was good until it wasn’t. For the last year, I’ve been trying to find replacement brush heads for mine and my daughter’s toothbrush (I have the yellow she has the baby pink). Since the newer model was launched, it’s become almost impossible to find heads that fit out toothbrushes. I even bought four replacement heads, only to discover they were incompatible, so they ended up in the bin—a complete waste of money. To make matters worse, the packaging doesn’t clearly indicate which brush heads fit which model, making it far too easy to buy the wrong ones. I’ve managed to find compatible replacements occasionally, but I’ve never been able to find the baby pink brush heads to match my daughter’s toothbrush. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. A lack of clear labelling, poor compatibility and blatant lack of care for past customers, has completely ruined what was once a good product. I wouldn’t recommend it.
