I regret to write this review, but I feel compelled to warn others about the fraudulent practices of JAXXON. I purchased my wedding band from JAXXON (4mm Beveled 14k Gold) and received it loose and damaged in the packaging. The ring had a noticeable blemish on its side, which was unacceptable for such an expensive item. I immediately initiated an email correspondence with their customer support team to request a return and a replacement ring. Initially, the process appeared professional. However, after 25 emails and three weeks of stress, I have encountered four different customer support agents (Reign, Courtney, Liv, and their JAXXON Team) who have all provided me with workarounds. Despite these efforts, they have refused to issue me a return shipping label. If a ring arrives with a manufactured defect, it should be promptly returned for free. I have been subjected to the stress of attempting to return my wedding ring before my wedding date, and it appears that JAXXON is engaged in fraudulent practices. They send customers a damaged piece of jewelry and hope that the customer will not notice it immediately, allowing them to claim that the customer damaged the ring when attempting to wear it. This review serves as a significant warning to potential customers. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. You may receive a damaged piece of jewelry, as I did, and they will refuse to return it.
