Excellent customer service from start to finish
I contacted JAXXON to request a cancellation, but my order had already shipped and could not be canceled. Even though they weren't able to fulfill my request, I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received. Angel was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They responded promptly, kept me informed throughout the process, and clearly explained my options, including the return policy. I appreciated their transparency and willingness to help, even when the outcome wasn't what I originally wanted. In the end, I decided to keep the item and give it as a gift, but I wanted to recognize the excellent support I received. It's refreshing to deal with a customer service team that communicates clearly and treats customers with respect. Five-star service.
