I ordered a doll as a Christmas gift from Santa received Dec.2025 the head fell off and traumatized her contacted customer service April 13-2026 they said that they would send a replacement doll would be shipped no later that May 1 got a post card that stated something happened in delivery that it would be shipped May 25 called today to see if shipped automated said would be shipped June 25 2026 how do you explain all the delays on a Santa gift .if I could leave a minus 5 star I would. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
