This company is a complete fraud
This company is a complete fraud. Their window for repair is literally ALL day 8-5. I have now used 16hours of vacation and 8hrs of personal time wasted! This company says they are coming. The AI assistant calls to give you a window of time, and boom a few hours prior another AI text comes saying they can NOT make it. However, on their website it requests 24hour notice if you the consumer cancel. Good luck calling and actually getting a person.
