Our experience with Reservation Counter
My wife booked a stay at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas through them. She thought it was the hotel directly . Then our travel dates changed, so we asked them to make that adjustment. On an email, we were denied, citing that customers are warned any payment given will be nonrefundable . If she had known that the phone number she called was not the hotel, she would not have booked through them. Beware.
