Deceitful Practice
The hotel I thought I was booking with turned out to be your third party business which was not disclosed until after I made my payment. When I called back to cancel the transaction, I was told you had a no cancellation policy! A very deceitful, shady practice which preys on consumers. I called my credit card to dispute the charge but have to wait until it's posted.

My stay at the hotel was awesome and great service. However, when I booked my reservations, I was on the Hotel Express website and was averted to Priceline and I did not kniw it as I am an IHC member. Was not impressed with Priceline at all

The landline phone did not work. Maintenance man had to fix cable for TV to work. The clock was tricky to set. Overall, I would not go back. For a few extra dollars, there are better places.

I am writing to express my…concerns about safety at the hotel
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I expected.
The primary issue involved the elevators. Only two small elevators were functioning during our stay, and on our departure day this was reduced to just one due to mechanical problems. Prior to the malfunction, we had already been forced to use the stairs several times because the elevators were extremely full and unable to accommodate additional guests.
This situation became dangerous. My husband took a nasty fall while navigating the stairs with our bags. It was frightening and entirely avoidable had the elevators been fully operational or had alternative assistance been provided.
This experience left us deeply concerned about the safety and maintenance standards in place. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding how the hotel intends to address this matter.

The Hotel, and rooms are in the heart of the campus and the only place to stay when visiting. The staff is exceptional and that is why they sell out so quickly.
Highly Recommended... except the weekends that I'm there!

Tried to cancel a reservation well in advance..the hotel canceled my reservation however reservation desk would not refund me.i got a cancelation number from the hotel and gave it to reservation desk to no avail.will not recommend booking thru this company.

Excellent Customer Service :Hampton Inn - Monroeville, PA
We stayed at Hampton Inn - Monroeville, PA from 7-31-26 thru 8-3-2026. Our overall experience was excellent, service was exceptional. However, after checking out on 8-3-26 at 8:15 AM I did not relize that I had left a container with personal items in our room. I realized it after I arrived back home in NC this evening. I contacted the Hampton Inn immediately, I can only tell you that the the young lady who answered the phone who was at the desk at the hotel was amazing!! After explaining what I had done, the young lady was kind, empathetic, very professional and very very efficient. I had never hear of ILeftmystuff.com but, it is very user friendly, very efficient, and as was the entire staff at the Hampton Inn had been all weekend long very helpful. I anticipate receiving my item that I left behind in the next 10 days. Everyone that we came in contact with at HI-Monroeville, PA deserve to be recognized for their professionalism, and their customer service skills. We thank you!!

The booking process was excellent. What I'm not satisfied with is the actual booking site. I searched Hilton Doubletree Hotel to make my Reservation. I was under the impression I was speaking to the Hotel. I asked if this was Hilton Doubletree and I was told yes. I have points and did not want to use them, choose to pay instead. They asked for my Hilton Member #; which was not included in the Reservation. There was a charge of $64.43 for Taxes and Fee, no breakdown of the charge. The room rate was $125.87; I ended up paying $208.29. I didn't get all of this information until I received my Receipt. There was a NO REFUND. The Hotel excepted my Receipt and applied my Member Number.
