The technician was very rude ..and informed me that he would call when he was on the way to clear the area .I had to run a quick errand when I returned the service vehicle was parked in my drive way and informed me that he could not work in the messy area..I explained to him that my husband has passed away a little over a year ago and I was trying to get my life together..he said well the last time I saw a young man here and I'm not trying to tell you how to parent but maybe ask him to help as if he knew what people do in my house. He also made the statement "since I am not a paying customer" I laughed and he asked why are you laughing..he said well I don't need your payment or anything."I feel very hurt and disrespected by the way the technician treated me and my family.
