When my husband joined V Shred we had difficulty putting his card through so we used mine instead and discovered we had paid twice. The customer service team was excellent and refunded the second card immediately. Within two days we realised the programme was totally inappropriate for him and contacted customer service again. Again, they terminated the programme for him immediately and without question. V Shred have one of the most efficient and pleasant customer support team I have ever come across. Top marks to them!
