After The Reserve Desk booked my room
After The Reserve Desk booked my room, and upon check-in at the hotel, I was not in fact booked the days I requested. The Reserve Desk would not refund my money, despite lying to me about booking the dates I requested, and I had to book the room myself through the hotel while on-site. Furthermore, the Reserve Desk charged quite literally double the price of the room itself through hidden ‘fees & taxes’. This company has received thousands of complaints over fraud and needs to be shutdown. Also, all they do is reply with some basic, automated answer to customer reviews; not actually seeking to resolve any issues. It’s like the company is ran by a 7-year old.
