Took too long
Took too long! My gosh! Order, pay, ship. Took forever. I hate AI. So do most customers! Maybe it provides you more data with which to inundate me, but in general, the customer facing interface has slowed drastically. Boo! If I didn’t love this product I would have given up. And to send same to a friend? This has been a 40 minute process. Where is all the efficiency we’re getting from people losing their jobs. I truly believe there will be a reckoning and people will go back to brick and mortar stores.
