Horrible
Horrible, horrible, horrible. Worst AI I have used and over complicates simple tasks as well as doing unasked for actions. Also the site lags and glitches and customer care just gave me copy and paste replies that don’t match my query. Fortunately I am still within my 14 day cancellation period.
