There is NO customer service
There is no customer service and it is just an automated service that sends automated responses an does nothing (they do these automated responses to this bad reviews...) I received a faulty product and after expending weeks sending emails and trying to get any response and to receive the right photo book, I just gave up... They say they have a link to follow up these cases reported where you can upload photos of these faults, but the pictures upload link does not work and being a mandatory field the claim is not submitted. It is all a scam. Please be careful!!!! Do not use, I should have checked reviews before...
