So returned two tests to LGC
So returned two tests to LGC, after 3 days I have had no confirmation of shipping. Contacted LGC Support and this was escualted to the lab team, 15 days later still nothing. I have tried to call, both UK numbers and they line answers then call is dropped. In the past these guys have been spot on with service, when things went wrong they sorted them. This time they have failed at every step.
