Fairly easy to us but awful quality…
Fairly easy to us but awful quality book received. Tapped the help with this order, attached 5 photos, tried to upload it says pdf failed to load. Chat bot sends you round in circles, I have one more book I have just finished editing (our daghters wedding and hen night), after that never again, After many attempts to get things sorted online without success I finally received an email yesterday. Still waiting for a reply. Just an update. I have emailed the company so many times since I reviewed them it is now getting annoying. No reply, except their autobot who promises to pass my email onto a 'human'. So far this has not happened.
