Smooth order, rocky return
The ordering process was smooth, but buggy. We had one item in our shopping cart for a long time, but by the time it was ordered it had changed somehow and we ended up with the wrong color. The return process is inflexible and there are not-well-disclosed fees along the way that the service agents have no control over. I get that it costs effort to review and restock returns, but the return process is not mature and it shows. Three agents later and I am still unsure if my return was processed properly, so I am technically sitting on two full orders (as I have already ordered the replacement furniture). The furniture is nice, and buying is easy enough. But caveat emptor - returns are not easy. It's a far cry from Amazon, that's for sure.
