Your sales person gave me false…
Your sales person gave me false information including his non working phone number to call if I needed help with the new to me phone. He was transferring my contacts.. they were to be finished by morning. My old phone number to be kept. The next morning I had now phone service on either phone nor any contacts. I was without service until after noon. Had to call for emergency help. I am 89 years old and love alone. I need a working phone 24/7. My old phone number was changed. I think this covers enough of my less than excellent service. Looking ahead for better times. Wishing you a blessed day.
