Service, solution, and price were good. I did not have a good experience with scheduling an expedited request based on a safety concern. It took 3 days to get service to the property and the old republic team would not evaluate response times from multiple vendors and find the shortest. They did not make my concern enough of a priority and we're constrained by how their systems/procedures work.
