I ordered a chain and a bracelet…have neither as of now
I ordered a chain and a bracelet. Received the chain, no bracelet. Wanted a shorter chain, so I opened an exchange asking for the shorter chain AND for the bracelet that was shipped in the first place. I’ve been exchanging messages with them for 2 months now with no hope of receiving the item(s) I purchased or a refund. They repeatedly ask the same questions over and over and don’t seem to listen to the responses. It’s an infinite loop. They are at best a bad customer service company and at worst full on fraudsters. Will not be purchasing ever again and I intend to post this review everywhere I can to prevent anyone else from experiencing this. No idea how they have so many 5 star reviews.
