My 94 year old grandmother has assurant (another complaint I have filed) we have had 3 different companies make appointments to come fix a dryer(bad timer not rocket science) and after all day if not showing up (Sears being the 4th time) they decided to reschedule. So should be interesting to see how many times they reschedule. Probably just taking advantage of her due to her age but hey, maybe wrong? I’d like to think they would actually come and do what they are supposed to do and fix the dryer. Until than my reviews of them(anywhere I can post them) will remain negative.
