100% of refi value loan
We could tell that Nicolas, the representative helping us, was working hard to get the refi done in a timely manner. We appreciate that NewDay provides 100% appraisal value to loans. That’s the good. The interest rate offered was higher by a whole point than Veterans United. That was disappointing. The underwriting team requested the same information multiple times. We felt pressured to pay off 3 loans that were zero interest (which then made them interest bearing). The only advantage going with NewDay was the 100% refi value. The process took much longer than had been initially stated. That’s their only advantage for a veteran.
