Best customer service ever!
Well in a world of let down your employee Stacey went above and beyond in my opinion. The quick response time from start to finish was awesome, and the outcome was amazing to say the least. Definitely resolved the situation and created a life long customer if this is how you treat us in the process. To make a long story short one of my sons links in the chain fell apart without explanation (just moving the clasp to the back of his neck on the couch) he was sooo sad, and super bummed thinking it wasn’t going to be able to be fixed. I reached out to your support team and Stacey was great! Listened to my story, figured out a solution, and within a short amount of time he is wearing his new chain with a huge smile on his face!
