I purchased the meal plans with a coach. They wrote up a list of meals and it didn't work for me, they apparently must have more money than me which allows them to throw food a way, anyways, they put another plan together from a different coach, first one no longer works for company, got about the same results. Some time passed and when I went to email coach, guess what, he no longer works there. I go to customer service and request a new coach and was told the plan I purchased was an old plan and I would have to purchase another plan at $97. I have emailed customer service several times with no replies. Very poor customer service. Almost to the point of thievery. I would like refund or to them to honor original program. Seems the employee's are not happy with company either.
