With the exception of how long it took to have the laptop inspected and receive trade-in credit, the experience was satisfactory. It should definitely not take nearly 30 days to process this. After initiating the trade on June 22, I received my shipping box 9 days later. Then on July 3rd I mailed the item in the box. It took until July 24th to receive my trade-in credit.
