Very responsive and quick resolution
Very responsive and polite and totally concerned with making sure I was completely satisfied. The rep went way beyond my expectations, responding quickly with a resolution. The product is exceptional and neat and perfect for my install placement and use. I have already recommended this brand to family and friends for having a great product and excellent customer service.
