I rate it at zero
I rate it at zero. It has been horrible 10 days and repairs are not done. Contract says 72 hours and this was expedited for heath reasons. Ive now been on hold this morning for over an hour to respond to your request for more info needed for authorization. The company you sent out Integrity HVAC solutions is a nightmare, they dont answer/respond or communicate. They sent an inexperienced tech who came without a ladder, did not diagnose issues etc. This is UNNACCEPTABLE. Old Republic used to be a good trusted warranty but you have become as bad as the others. I want this resolved today. Someone needs to call me ASAP at this point. Veey Unsatisfied customer
