Insanely expensive
Recent price increases are unreasonable. Do NOT get yourself locked in to using this platform since you'll ultimately have to migrate to something else cheaper anyway. I am cancelling my subscription since my rates are doubling (+$400) over what they were three years ago, despite the fact that I do not need or use any of the new features they use to justify the price increases.
