Great phone plans, weak customer service
The sim card arrived on time and the phone and data service have been good. The plans are reasonably priced. I would have given 5 stars except that they made a mistake in the auto renewal and cancelled my plan, and the customer service wasn't empowered to help reinstate my plan so I had to start over again with a more expensive bundle
