Going on 3 months - and still fighting w/ Capital One CC and Hockerty. $174 for jeans that are literally 2-3 sizes too small. They want pictures. I told them multiple times impossible as can't get past knees. The keep writing how they wish to settle................SMH. Requested multiple times just refund $174 and I will send back jeans. I suggest mtailor.com as these peeps get it. They refund w/o question if clothes are not to your liking or they remake w/o an argument. CapitalOne after 20 years has lost me as a client and Hockerty will continue to see my negative reviews. Today I see they commented that they don’t have any record of my complaint or purchase?
