I had this credit card for a while
I had this credit card for a while. I have more than one checking account. I paid the card off. Suddenly they froze the card because I paid with a "different" bank, in spite of the fact the payment cleared without issue. They then insisted that I either 1) make a conference call to my bank to verify I own the account- My bank would only provide that information if I provided my pin, answered security questions and furnished all my personal information or 2) Sent them a copy of my entire bank statement. Neither of those options are acceptable to me, nor have they ever been requested by any other company. I am cancelling the card rather than allow them access to my accounts. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
