We have been loyal NJM purchasers for as long as I can remember. Home and auto. Same for my elderly parents...including Umbrella ins., home and auto. Claim for my sons Tacoma was initially submitted mid February 2026 and took approx. 4+ months to finalize. And was initially denied after waiting 3 mos. then reevaluated and finally paid in June. Still waiting for explanation of how they calculated the payout?? No response from NJM contact person on my email sent to him July 10th. He is a nice person, but response time is not good.
