The process was generally good
The process was generally good. However, one of my MacBook laptops was not inspected properly and I was told that the screen has defects. But it did not. It just wasn't cleaned by me before sending it. So it had specs of dust and other small particles that were shining. The tech inspecting the MacBook should have been a bit more diligent about their job.
