I have tried every number i can find to contact them to no avail.do they not have any real people working any more is it all robots. I recieved a letter from them today that they have put a block on my card until they can verify charges. i do not have a credit card from merrick bank and have not had one for many years. not sure what is going on. i did have my identity stolen a few months ago but if the card was issued to me i would think it would come to me since the letter reached me. please what is going on I never even applied for the card never recieved card and now they want me to verify charges??? what a fing joke
