The driver left us stranded at the airport with our two young children. Our luggage arrived late on the baggage carousel, and as a result, we exceeded the one-hour waiting time included when you book with Mytransfers by 20 minutes. If you walk slowly (and airports can be very large, with long distances to cover) or your luggage takes longer to arrive, they will leave without you, and you will lose your money as well.
