You promise 2-5 business days to receive results. Mine took 11 business days (16 actual days) for the results to arrive. I would like a refund or at least a second test sent to me at your cost. This has caused my partner and I a great deal of strife as a result. Please do not disregard my disappointment. Sincerely James
