They received my iphone on May 18
They received my iphone on May 18, 2026, it is July 24 and I have still not received my payment for my iPhone. Numerous phone calls and emails and it is always just another 3 or 5 days and you should receive your check. Customer service always has a new excuse. Today I escalated the issue to a supervisor. Beth, the supervisor told me that since it had been over 45 days since they received my iPhone, they had to cancel the check and start their process over again. Be prepared for some really terrible Customer Service.
