Great Service…
Getting the luggage tags ahead of the trip and the luggage drop off was very efficient. We were on the Queen Mary 2 and had a bag of formal clothes sent home after the cruise. The drop off was right there and was seemless. Bags arrived safe and ahead of schedule.
