I have a card and a loan with OneMain. I applied to refinance my loan. It got approved but won’t be released to me without a phone call. I’m hard of hearing and can’t do phone calls without help. I’ve contacted every email address I could find at OneMain, texted my local office (after they even said “text this number”), and filed BBB complaints, and I’ve still been ignored by this company. When I finally did have help available for a phone call, the person working on my loan “wasn’t available” and “would call me back in 30 mins” and never called back. At this point, this is a disability rights issue. The best case scenario here is I’ll be closing my card and paying off my loan in full as soon as possible, and will never, ever be using this company for anything ever again.
